1. Introduction

Welcome to TaxwiseLab, the Lab for global tax consulting innovation. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of our services, information products, and goods offered through TaxwiseLab.com.

2. Services

Tax consulting and advisory solutions provided by TaxwiseLab (the “Services”) help individuals and organizations address tax-related matters. To schedule a consultation, payment is processed at booking time via secure methods.

2.1 Scheduling and Changes

Clients may request to reschedule a Service appointment by contacting us at least 7 days before the original date. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate each request.

2.2 Refunds for Services

If a Service is canceled by the client at least 14 days before the scheduled date, TaxwiseLab will process a full refund within 14 days of confirmation. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the scheduled date qualify for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations less than 7 days before the scheduled date due to preparation and resource allocation. All refunds are processed to the original payment method.

3. Information Products

Digital materials such as guides, templates, and recorded seminars (the “Information Products”) are available through TaxwiseLab.com.

3.1 Access and Use

Once access credentials are delivered, clients may download or view the Information Products immediately.

3.2 Refunds for Information Products

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of access if the content is defective or inaccessible. To request a refund, contact us with evidence of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method. After 7 days, all sales are final.

4. Goods

Physical items such as printed manuals or branded materials (the “Goods”) are sold through TaxwiseLab.com.

4.1 Delivery and Inspection

Goods are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Clients should inspect shipments upon receipt.

4.2 Refunds and Replacements for Goods

If Goods arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue. TaxwiseLab will ship a replacement or process a refund within 14 days of verification. Clients must ship back the affected Goods at our expense.

6. Changes to Terms
